Your contacts will welcome a "non-salesy" communication from you that actually provides them with some useful information. It's a great way to stay "top of mind" so that when the need arises, your contacts will think of you.

Your involvement can be as little as 30 minutes per month, leaving you free to do other business-generating activities or to enjoy more leisure time.

On the other hand, if you're more interested in a print newsletter then we can supply you with a quarterly newsletter. For this you get a fully-finished newsletter in full colour, branded with your logo, colours, photo, your scanned signature, and contact details. We will even add your own message or product announcement which can be changed each issue.

You can choose from either:

  1. a two page A4 newsletter ready-written with two relevant articles.
  2. a four page A4 newsletter ready-written with four relevant articles.

We can supply this to you in PDF format for you to organise the printing and mailing with your preferred printing company or in-house. (This PDF file is also suitable for loading onto your web-site, making it available to your web-site visitors.)

Alternatively we have negotiated a tremendous "print and mail on demand" service with a top-quality print company, who offer two services:

  1. They can handle everything from printing the newsletter, folding, inserting into DL envelopes, stamping, labelling from the contact list that you supply to them, return address labelling, and depositing with Australia Post for mailing out.

  2. Alternatively, they can supply to you the newsletters already inserted into DL envelopes ready for you to apply the address labels, stamps, and to mail out yourself.

You can organise to print and mail from 1 to 10,000 at a time to suit you. And if you want another run (eg you're going to do a mail-out to a local area, or you want to stock up a new referring company) then you can simply come back and order some more. Plus you can insert covering letters, fridge magnets, business cards, etc.

You also have the option of organising a whole contact program like branded and personalised birthday and Christmas cards, your customised letters introducing new services, etc.
